• Your Name
• Company Name
• Hirumed Software Product Name
• Software / Licence Code / Server UID
• Purchased from (Hirumed or through a Distributor)
• Date purchased

The use of all Hirumed Software requires acceptance of the End User License Agreement (EULA). Our Software is supplied with a limited warranty under the EULA.

An extended product warranty may be purchased from Hirumed. The extended warranty provides:

• Free software updates
• Extended software support
• User group membership

Full details of the extended warranty are defined in the Software Support Agreement (SSA).
