SUMMARY OF SERVICES

Warehousing - Purpose built facilities suitable for small ranges of products (including a cold room facility). Specialists in the distribution of medical products.

Order Processing - We can receive orders by e-mail, FAX or telephone from you and process for despatch the same day

IT Advice and Support - We have staff with experience in many areas of IT and can provide help and advice.

Computer Software - Our own computer programs are available for stock control and document management. Please ask for further information.

IT Server Hosting - Facilities available to host your own server on our premises with remote access for your staff. We can arrange and install a system to meet your requirements.

Web Site Design - We can design and maintain a web site for your business.

Packing and Distribution - Packing and despatch on a daily basis to any UK or International destination. We have cost effective contract arrangements or we can use your own courier account.

Administration - As an extension to processing your orders we can undertake invoicing to your customers leaving you only to collect payment.

Your business is expanding but you are running out of space to store your products. We can provide a variable amount of warehouse space to meet your needs, deal with the distribution paperwork and despatch to your customers the same day.

Running out of space and time?

You are not only running out of space, but increasingly finding a shortage of time for administration. In addition to warehouse space and distribution, we can undertake stock control and invoicing to customers on your behalf, leaving you just to get the orders and receive payment. If you want to operate a computerised accounts system we can host and maintain a server for you on our premises.

THE COST

Costs obviously depend on the services required, but as an example for a monthly fee (plus transport costs) you can have an allocation of warehouse space (cubic metres), order processing and despatch of orders. We will be happy to discuss your specific requirements without obligation.
