The software uses a ‘floating’ licence policy. The number of licences required may therefore be significantly less than anticipated. For example, if there are four PCs in the office, but only two people at anyone time needing access to the system, then a two user licence should be sufficient, thus reducing the overall cost. There are no limits imposed on the number of PCs which may be used as clients.
