Payment Terms

Initially, cheque with order; once credit facilities have been established, terms are net thirty (30) days from invoice date.  A service charge of 1.5% per month, equal to 18% annually, will be placed on balances due beyond these terms.

Warranties

HiruMed Ltd warrants that all products purchased will be in good working order on receipt.

Return Goods Policy

Goods supplied in accordance with the Contract cannot be returned without the Company’s prior written authorisation.  Duly authorised returns shall be sent to the Company’s Premises at the Buyer’s expense.
